I'd be interested in seeing an updated list of where the donations are coming from. See which NEP nations are the most generous and which need to step it up 
This is a good cause - if everyone gave 1 euro we'd already have far surpassed 1,000. |

Repatriation of remains can be very expensive.
In this case, it is especially difficult, since the whole financial burden is falling on Thomas' sister.
I'm sure the gesture of solidarity will mean just as much to her as the money, but bills must be paid.

Howdy Folks,
You will notice that the 'donation widget' seems to have reproduced. The top widget, appended with the word 'FIXED' should now be accepting donations.
We apologize for the amount of time it has taken us to get this working. Thomas is on vacation, and since I was made an admin very recently I wasn't familiar with how things were set up, nor how to access the code base. We finally figured all that out, but because of Thomas's absence, we can't remove - nor can we edit - the original 'donation widget' - so it has to sit there until Thomas gets back!
Anyway, hopefully more people will donate now that you see this widget in the side bar. Let me also assure you that the admins of this site are involved/monitoring the donation process. Not to sound negative, but this is NOT a scam - so please donate with confidence.

Absolutely, but remember that one person who gives 1 euro may be giving a much higher percentage of their income than one who may even give 50 euros, so please give what you can and let not the amount you give necessarily translate to your level of generosity, etc..
I don't believe that any amount is too small and if you are unable to give now try to come back and give tomorrow or next week if you can.
