So another one under the belt -- we finished 99 out of 189 (yeah -- in the top 100!) I think Isis! had the top score with her 26 for the final show when Knopfler joined Bob on stage for that infamous final Forever Young. Still no word on the next tour and who knows whether the NEP will survive, but hey, tough mamas rock and roll -- love you all and have a beat poet applesauce Christmas! |

In case any mamas look here, I haven't seen how we came out but I suspect same ole same ole. Maybe I'll eat my words (hope hope) when the actual scores come out because I'm not looking at who picked what so fingers crossed. I watched the live setlist posts from Keith Gubitz on facebook ... and while our picks are semi still in our heads, here's what I got: As a team, we hit with Beyond Here Lies Nothing @ 5 points X 3; Don't Think Twice @ 5 points X 2; and TUIB @ 3 points X 3. Bob didn't play anything outside song groups 1-16. Distribution of song group # : # of songs in group played = 1:2; 2:1; 3:1; 4:0; 5:4; 6:0; 7:2; 8:0; 9:1; 10:0; 11:3; 12:2; 13:0; 14:1; 15:0; 16:0; 17:0 -- so Bob played 17 songs and hit only 9 of the 17 groups. And yes, I'll share it with y'all, the rumors of my new career in data analysis are true ... lol |
