I'm a bit vague on such things, but did someone delete the post from billyg with a long name that I can't now remember and with no discernible point?
Was it offensive? Or just stupid? Or has billyg been banished altogether? Just, y'know, wondering...
I hope this post doesn't get deleted simply because I have inquired, but after spending so much time here over the years it's nice to get an idea of what's going on and what is allowed and what's not.
the post was advertisement for a book at amazon & the thread turned into ridicule over recent days. latest comments were reported as spam, therefore it was decided to instead of removing the individual spam comments to remove the post entirely, especially, since as an amazon affiliate, amazon ended the affiliation & there is no need to advertise books to be bought via amazon.
