And I mean that, now let's all have a hug. Warren, of course I would still feel sorry about your friend's friend. That's horrible, and I hope for God's help for everyone involved. Let's relax a little bit here and keep things in perspective though. This is just a message board. Have a nice morning.

I trust that your apology still holds, regardless.
And ftr, this was a Bill Pagel set list thread, not a non sequitur thread. I'm not about to explain why it isn't (or, wasn't), at least, not now. I'm reasonably sure that given the context of my post, that Mr. Pagel "got it."
Oh, my. That bad, huh? Well, Tim, you know what my default position is in such circumstances. It's no different, here, from what it was at DylanPool:
1. Push yourself away from the keyboard.
2. Go for a walk, preferably a long one.
There's no guarantee that the proverbial coin will drop, but such actions tend to improve the chances.

Joshua, this is what I said to Tim:
I wonder how many other people were attending to other matters - responding to an email, say, or researching multiple sclerosis because a friend has just been diagnosed with it - when they were alerted to a new post in a thread they were following at The NEP. So, I, and no doubt some other people, were distracted from what we were doing for you to say that you are 35!
"...[my] friend's friend," you say, Joshua. For starters, I make no mention of a friend of mine. I don't understand how you deduced that.
Whatever the case, and with all due respect, I recommend this site to you, as I have to Tim. I see where w/i the site, President Obama has something to say about critical thinking. I hope you get something out of it.

Warren, it's truly bizarre that you would bring up someone having m.s. as a for instance. Maybe you've been at this message board stuff too long. Should I be reading through your posts again from last night, that I didn't even want to read in the first place, to try and unlock Warren's elusive message concerning inanity on setlist threads....and of course it doesn't really matter that people post inane response on a setlist thread anyway. So what. I'm deleting the hug image. I tried.
Re:July 25, 2009 Norfolk, Virginia set list 14 Years, 10 Months ago
It would be a lot easier if Warren liked me or my posts, generally speaking. But that apparently is not the case. Apparently I have done something so egregious that he is not able to forgive me for things I said or did at the "old" Dylan pool, or even here at TNEP.
I am fairly certain that I don't do anything so egregious here that should warrant that I no longer post here or something.
I'm willing to amend some of my behavior if it is causing anyone here a serious, severe hardship.
Please contact me directly if you have a problem with me.

I don't even know how I got involved in this one. I've argued about things on the internet before that were meaningful to me. But this.... what the hell is this? What is the problem exactly?
